All sales are final. At this time, Kids Learning Tube does not accept returns or offer refunds for any items for sale in its online shop.

CLOTHING / BAGS / POSTERS
All sales are final. Each item is custom printed to order and will only be replaced in the event of a manufacturing error. Items are ready for shipment in 3-8 business days. There may be a delay due to COVID-19!

Please choose your size carefully using the sizing guide for each item before placing your order.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

MUSIC
All music sales are final. All music is sold in the form of a digital download. A link to download your purchased music will be available on the check out page once your payment is confirmed.
